Babylon is an insane, chaotic, and frenetic spectacle of the decadence of old Hollywood, and I loved every minute of it. It’s an American epic that makes you feel every emotion imaginable. The performances are some of the best of the year, especially Margot Robbie. It’s definitely a film not for everyone; but it was definitely for me! If you’re interested in seeing it, I highly recommend!

Ever since seeing both the raving early reviews and the ingenious marketing for this film, calling it the scariest film in years, I was definitely hyped. After seeing it, it didn’t meet all the hype but there’s still lots to like.
I will say though, the film’s by no means original. With its murder mystery plot line, the film echos much better fare that came before; taking a lot from such classics as Silence of the Lambs, Cure, and Se7en.…
