Not going to lie, round 2 of this was extremely boring and played out so much worse for me. I think one of those cases where the imax experience really did enhance my viewing round 1. 

I caught wind of extremely boring characters that aren’t developed well in this second viewing. There’s no emotion to this film that is screaming to you to feel something each scene but there’s nothing there. Plus it rushes through so much plot to the point that doesn’t feel as engaging. Also the sound mixing goes crazy at times with random sense of loudness every once in a while. 

I did appreciate the score, visuals, costumes and action here. 

This is nowhere near a masterpiece that people are claiming this to be. It’s a decent sci fi drama that came out in a good time period.
