Zendaya. Queen. I finally see it. The star factor everyone’s talked about. I never understood it or saw it, even in Euphoria. But she’s here.
Austin Butler. AustHIM Butler! The only actor in his generation that when I look at I think “this is a Hollywood star”. Got too much hate for Elvis. He’s killing it in Masters of the Air. He ascended another level here. Can’t wait for Bikeriders. He is crushing it.
Florence Pugh. You did so much with so little. Even when the camera wasn’t focused on you, you conveyed so much. I cannot wait to see what more you will bring.
Rebecca Ferguson. You went full tilt. So scary. So volatile. So good.
Javier Bardem. You played the two sides of the same coin in perfect fashion. That same warmness and earnestness slowly boiled and seamlessly creeped into an alarming fanaticism.
