"The Gang Finds Non-Organic Life"

In spite of my relative unfamiliarity with Star Trek: The Original Series, having only ever seen a handful of episodes on TV, I enjoyed this a lot more than I expected to!

It certainly has a ponderous pace and the writing can occasionally be a bit dull, but I was absolutely delighted the entire way through by the bombastic score and the stunning array of visual effects.
