lives up to the hype. really wonderful to see what can happen when a director of Coogler’s talent and ability gets this much creative control + funding. so much thought went into this movie. very happy that i stayed for the post credit scenes, which added so much to what the film had to offer regarding legacy, staying power, haunting, generational trauma, etc. glad that no promises were broken.
