This is a movie where I feel like your level of enjoyment depends entirely on how you approach it. Some people go into it wanting a surreal visual experience, others want a compelling story, others want cool fights and blood. 2nd watch.
Much to like, much to dislike. I still find this pretty entertaining and charming despite how much of a mess it is. Nobody involved in the film really knows 100% of what they're doing but it still manages to work. Even my least favorite Wes film is still a pretty good film.
