Fuck, now I’ll be listening to Blues for the rest of the month.

What an incredible film, and a necessary one at that, considering the quality drought that’s been occurring since Mickey 17 released. Sinners manages to strike a fabulous balance between being a black historical drama, a study of the vampire mythos, an ode to the Blues, and an outright exhilarating creature feature. Lilo & Stitch

So they got rid of Gantu and made one of the most likeable characters from the original film the villain? Yeah Disney needs to stop fucking making these. But at least Stitch was still fun and cute (although that was hard to mess up) and the actors for Nani and Lilo did pretty well all things considered.

"Why am I here? *sigh* Because I just came down with a serious case of inadequacy"

I have seen god tonight and his name is Denis Villeneuve.

I’d say I’m speechless, but there is too much to praise. Dune: Part Two has already transcended modern science-fiction. This film will forever be known as a monumental masterpiece that can stand alongside the greats—a film that will be ed in the same vein as The Empire Strikes Back as one of the greatest sequels of all time. It feels like I'm witnessing history.

Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl

In every sense of the word, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl is a perfect film, or it is to me, anyway. I’ve probably seen this film at least 20 odd times in my 17 years of living, so to be fair, a lot of my high praises are based in bias, which is also why this movie is so irreproachable and faultless to me.

This film was the first that established my ever-present appreciation of…
