My compilation of Showdowns for 2025
The first ten are for the most recent showdown and each movie has which showdown it is for in the notes
Additional rules I've set for myself, because I like to make things difficult:
~I have to have seen the movies
~No more than two movies from a franchise for each category
~Repeat movies as little as possible, no more than four times through the year
Not rules, but I also try to include at least one non-American movie when possible and watch at least one new movie for each theme.
They aren't all what I would call good movies, but there are some that I see and just fit the prompt so well that I have to include them.
