Fernando Di Leo… the greatest to do it.

Not the Bridget Jones film I was expecting, but am so here for the film I got.
Yes it’s a little long and loose in places, especially where it tries to recreate the tone of previous films, but am so impressed with how lived-in Bridget’s life feels.
But most of all, was really struck by how well it handled loss & the struggle to allow yourself the opportunity to move on.
