I should have done this review a long time ago, but time was not on my side. 

"Dune 2" is a cinematic spectacle that evokes Ridley Scott's early works; an experience filled with stunning and meticulously crafted visuals. The shots are majestic, and the action unfolds harmoniously with the plot, achieving a balance between narrative and technical aspects that captivates the audience. 

As for the lead actors, I agree in highlighting Rebecca Ferguson's excellent performance; undoubtedly, she is one of the stars of this story. On the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised by Austin Butler's performance, whom I did not expect much from due to my limited knowledge of his previous works. However, his interpretation seemed phenomenal to me and added a distinctive element to the film. 

"Dune 2" has marked a transcendental change in the science fiction genre, and its undisputed mastermind is Mr. Denis Villeneuve.
