Thank goodness this actually had a musical accompaniment, because I was so close to not giving anymore time to silent films included with Amazon Prime. As for this particular film, I'm not crazy about the story but this original version did compare well with the later Tallulah Bankhead version. Crazy courtroom finale was crazy.
