The mind blowing special effects that puts all other modern blockbusters to shame. The sound design and absolutely transcendental score from Hans Zimmer. The performances - from Timothee Chalamet's conflicted inner turmoil, to Zendeya's scepticism and subsequent pain, to Austin Butler's putting in one of the greatest unhinged, psychotic villain performances since Heath Ledger. Every single time I visit the dunes of Arrakis I am utterly immersed. I fall in love with this special piece of art all over again. It is quite simply one of the greatest combination of sounds and images ever created. My soul has left my body. Thank you, Denis Villeneuve.
